We review the resumes and relevant information with our client. Once you decide who you want to interview, you sit back and we take charge of the interview process. We discuss feedback and work with you to make sure you have the right candidate.
We work for you so we listen to how you want to handle the job offer process. We make sure all candidates pass all standard company testing. We typically negotiate compensation and all benefits and work on your behalf to get an acceptance. We then guide the candidates through their resignation , resulting in a smooth transition to your company.
