About Jennifer Millman

With an eye that’s been refined by a decade and a half of talent scouting, Jennifer has a knack for mining undiscovered gems and placing them in the right position to shine. Jennifer currently oversees Millman Recruiting Services, a nationwide, boutique executive search firm specializing in the commercial and retail real estate industries.

With her passion for matching people with exciting new opportunities, Jennifer’s spent the past 13 years helping leading developers, owners, retailers, and brokerage firms acquire the best talent in leasing, development, property management, construction and marketing.

Before entering the recruiting world, Jennifer worked for the NBA’s premier sports agent, David Falk, and negotiated marketing and endorsement deals for NBA stars including Allen Iverson, Antoine Walker and Mike Bibby. Jennifer is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
